The Process
Full-Service Project Management
IMMRSV will put a plan in place so your campaign runs smoothly. From getting you a detailed budget, to securing permits, finding the right vendors and putting together an overall production schedule; we’re on it. Not only will we execute the plan from our end, but we’ll keep you updated on what’s happening every step of the way.
Logistics + Operations Management
We do the heavy lifting and handle the small details so you don’t have to. IMMRSV will handle everything from transportation and shipping needs, heavy equipment rentals, staff training, venue coordination, off-season storage, and everything in between. First in, last out. To us, full-service means FULL-SERVICE.
Strategy + Concepting
Whether you have an idea, or a few dozen, our team will work with yours to create a strategy that will turn your idea into a one-of-a-kind experience. We’ll then get to work on concept drawings and early-stage planning to ensure we’re all on the same page in terms of look, feel, and impact of the campaign.
Specialized Staffing
We’ll tap into our broad network of highly skilled event producers to bring the vision to life. From getting you a crew to set up a massive shipping container structure, to finding the proper tour manager for a coast-to-coast tour, to bringing together a team of brand ambassadors for your activation, we’ll get the right folks to make your campaign an unforgettable one.
Design + Build
From the concept drawings, to 3D renderings, to print-ready files for a vehicle wrap, to engineer-stamped drawings for a custom structure, IMMRSV’s bench of designers can handle it all. From there, we will work with one of our partner fabricators to build your new custom asset from the ground up.
